Does the price listed include everything?
This includes all end point assessment, guidance materials and ongoing support.
What do resits cost?
If you’re a current customer, you can find these in your contract. If you’re new to 1st for EPA, get in touch and our team will share details. You can call 01642 205 207 and choose option 2, or email us and let us know the best time to contact you.
Where can I see your guidance documents?
If you’re a current customer, you can find these in our portal. If you’re a new customer, get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss what guidance we have available.

Is there an approval process to use 1st for EPA?
No, we don’t have a centre approval process or any centre fees. We simply have a contract to sign and then we’ll get you set up on our portal and run an on-boarding session with your team.

What system/portal do you use?
We use EPA Pro. If you haven’t used the system before, training is available at no cost.
Do you offer reasonable adjustments and special considerations to apprentices?
Yes, we do. These can be requested by completing our Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration Request. You’ll find this along with the Reasonable Adjustment and Special Consideration Policy on our Policies page.
Are electronic signatures acceptable on documents apprentices submit?
Yes, 1st for EPA accepts electronic signatures on all EPA documents.
