You’ll find me working on strategy and thinking of ideas to improve EPA for our providers and apprentices.

Tell me your recommendations for family days out or for a good business show – my current favourite is Dragons’ Den.

If we are not talking about the apprentice experience, customer service or quality, I won’t be involved.

I’m always happy to meet and discuss any topic on a golf course.

My focus is on coordinating compliance efforts to maintain high quality standards, while striving for continuous improvement.

I’m always eager to explore experimental dishes. If you have any recommendations, I’d love to hear them!

I’m at my happiest when supporting our customers, and making sure learners have the best possible experience of EPA.

When I’m not at work, I can often be found casting a line, playing terrible golf, or supporting the mighty Hatters!!

You’ll find me doing a bit of everything – handling bookings, checking evidence and answering queries.
