How far can an apprenticeship take you on the career ladder?
Going to university is not the right choice for everyone. An apprenticeship is an alternative option that guarantees fantastic results and progression opportunities for dedicated candidates. It offers on-the-job learning that allows people to train in their desired industry or job role, and excellent career opportunities upon completion. An apprenticeship gives a candidate the chance to show their employer their willingness to learn and grow, giving a defined career path.
What does an end point assessment measure?
An end point assessment is essential in the journey of an apprenticeship as it is the assessment of the hard work they have put into training and whether or not they have been successful. By passing their EPA, an apprentice can enter into a professional role with the appropriate knowledge and training.
It’s important that you choose an EPA provider that will provide a knowledgable and supportive assessment so your candidate has the best chance of succeeding. You can book a 30-minute chat with our team to find out why you should work with us.
