What does Team Leader EPA involve?
The end point assessment, or EPA, for Team Leader involves:
- Presentation with Questions
- Professional Discussion underpinned by a Portfolio of Evidence
EPA 1: Presentation with Questions
The apprentice will deliver a 20 minute presentation to the assessor that covers their role, what they do, and how they tackle challenges. The assessor will then ask at least 5 questions, and the questioning will typically last 30 minutes.
EPA 2: Professional Discussion underpinned by a Portfolio of Evidence
The professional discussion is a structured, two-way conversation, lasting 60 minutes. It takes place by video call, between the apprentice and the assessor. Apprentices can refer to and illustrate their answers with evidence from their portfolio of evidence.
